A former baseball player, he developed the discipline and competitive mindset he brings to his work today — the same drive that fuels his passion for dirt track racing, where focus and precision are everything. When he's not on a roof or at the track, Dakota enjoys hunting and bass fishing, taking advantage of any chance to be outdoors. He values grit, patience, and staying true to the lifestyle he's built around faith and family.

Chad Carlisle was born and raised in Ransom Canyon attending Roosevelt High School and Texas Tech. He brings 9 years of roofing expertise to the table and 35 years business experience in Lubbock as the former owner of Carlisle Motors and Flex Fitness Centers.
Born and raised in Lubbock, Sam Seaver attended Frenship High School and Texas Tech University. Over the past decade, he has built and operated multiple businesses across West Texas, with interests spanning commercial roofing, retail franchising, and commercial real estate. As Co-Founder of Roof-Tech, Sam has helped grow the company from the ground up into one of the most recognizable roofing brands in the region.
Jose Palma started his roofing career in Minnesota as a helper before stepping up to a full roofer just a year later. He spent his early years traveling the northern states with a hail-chasing crew, then moved to Texas in 2003 to work as a subcontractor. After more than five years in South Florida specializing in stone-coated metal roofing, Jose returned to Lubbock in 2009.
Stephanie Howerton was born and raised in Lubbock attending Lubbock High School and South Plains College. She combines her 32 years of extensive experience in management, aviation, and the roofing industry with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
With deep roots in West Texas, Steven Dorsey has been involved in construction and development since the age of 16. Now 49, his career spans a wide range of expertise — from framing and roofing to home building and land development. Steven began his entrepreneurial journey by founding Dorsey Framing and Roofing, laying the foundation for a lifetime in the trades.
John Dyck was raised in Seminole and brings 14 years of construction experience to the team, including 9 years in project management. He's committed to delivering quality work, clear communication, and the kind of attention to detail that keeps every project on track from start to finish.
Linsy Dunagin was born and raised in West Texas and graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Agriculture and Applied Economics. She began her career with RoofTech at the Lubbock office before transitioning to the Midland location, where she lives with her husband and 7-year-old son. As one of our managers, Linsy also runs the company's social media and marketing. She loves the construction business and the chance to help her team and homeowners every day.
