Chad Carlisle was born and raised in Ransom Canyon attending Roosevelt High School and Texas Tech. He brings 9 years of roofing expertise to the table and 35 years business experience in Lubbock as the former owner of Carlisle Motors and Flex Fitness Centers.
Sam Seaver was born and raised in Lubbock attending Frenship High School and Texas Tech. He combines eight years of construction and project management experience, including three years in roofing, with a decade of entrepreneurial ventures.
Stephanie Howerton was born and raised in Lubbock attending Lubbock High School and South Plains College. She combines her 32 years of extensive experience in management, aviation, and the roofing industry with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Jose Palma, the director of operations at Roof Tech in Lubbock, Texas, oversees in-house installations with a strong focus on efficiency and quality, drawing from his extensive experience in the West Texas roofing industry.
