1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Roof-Tech Roofing LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By requesting services, accessing our website, or entering into a service agreement with us, youagree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Roof-Tech Roofing LLC provides residential and commercial roofing services throughout Texas and New Mexico.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services. If you are requesting services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Roof-Tech Roofing LLC provides professional roofing services to residential and commercial property owners across Texas and New Mexico. Our services may include:
• Roof inspections and damage assessments
• Roof repair and emergency repair services
• Full roof replacement and new roof installation
• Storm and hail damage restoration
• Insurance claim assistance and documentation
• Gutters, flashing, and related exterior services
• Maintenance programs and scheduled service agreements

3. Service Agreements and Estimates

All roofing work is subject to a written estimate or proposal agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement. Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Additional charges may apply if hidden damage, structural issues, or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the course of work. We will notify you and obtain approval before proceeding with any work beyond the original scope.

By signing an estimate, proposal, or work order, you authorize Roof-Tech Roofing LLC to perform the agreed-upon services at the specified property.

Note: The terms of any signed service contract or work order supersede these Terms of Service with respect to the specific scope, pricing, cancellation, and refund terms of that project.

4. Payment Terms

All payment terms, including deposit amounts, payment schedules, accepted payment methods, and any applicable fees, are specified in your individual signed service contract or work order. Please refer to your signed agreement for complete payment details. In the event of non-payment, Roof-Tech Roofing LLC reserves the right to pursue all remedies available under applicable law, including the filing of a mechanic's lien in accordance with Texas or New Mexico lien statutes.
