They are her motivation and her reason for continuing to grow and take on new challenges.
In 2023, Tracey earned her insurance adjuster's license and began working catastrophe claims, gaining hands-on experience in high-pressure situations where clear communication and trust matter most. She was also given an incredible opportunity with Roof Tech to step into the role of Insurance Supplement Specialist. In this position, she has been able to expand her knowledge of property insurance while helping bridge the gap between customers, claims, and project teams.
Her goal is simple: to guide each customer through the claims process with clarity and confidence. She strives to make what can often feel overwhelming manageable, while building trust with both the customer and the project managers every step of the way.

Chad Carlisle was born and raised in Ransom Canyon attending Roosevelt High School and Texas Tech. He brings 9 years of roofing expertise to the table and 35 years business experience in Lubbock as the former owner of Carlisle Motors and Flex Fitness Centers.
Born and raised in Lubbock, Sam Seaver attended Frenship High School and Texas Tech University. Over the past decade, he has built and operated multiple businesses across West Texas, with interests spanning commercial roofing, retail franchising, and commercial real estate. As Co-Founder of Roof-Tech, Sam has helped grow the company from the ground up into one of the most recognizable roofing brands in the region.
Jose Palma started his roofing career in Minnesota as a helper before stepping up to a full roofer just a year later. He spent his early years traveling the northern states with a hail-chasing crew, then moved to Texas in 2003 to work as a subcontractor. After more than five years in South Florida specializing in stone-coated metal roofing, Jose returned to Lubbock in 2009.
Stephanie Howerton was born and raised in Lubbock attending Lubbock High School and South Plains College. She combines her 32 years of extensive experience in management, aviation, and the roofing industry with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
With deep roots in West Texas, Steven Dorsey has been involved in construction and development since the age of 16. Now 49, his career spans a wide range of expertise — from framing and roofing to home building and land development. Steven began his entrepreneurial journey by founding Dorsey Framing and Roofing, laying the foundation for a lifetime in the trades.
Dakota Cook is a Lubbock native who has built his life around hard work, family, and the outdoors. He is married with two kids and takes pride in providing for his family while staying involved in the things he loves most. Dakota has been in the roofing industry since 2021, backed by a strong construction foundation that started back in his junior high and high school years.
John Dyck was raised in Seminole and brings 14 years of construction experience to the team, including 9 years in project management. He's committed to delivering quality work, clear communication, and the kind of attention to detail that keeps every project on track from start to finish.
